Super Simple 7 Minute Workout {Even I Can't Make Excuses} May 26 2015

Here is a super easy 7 minute workout, that requires no special equipment and that is actually doable within a short amount of time.  This particularly caught my eye, as a perfect quick routine for those moments at your desk when you need to get up and get moving.  Perhaps consider setting a timer for 2 or 3 times a day, as a reminder to run through this routine to keep the creative juices and motivation flowing.
